POSTING & PACKAGING

* We aim to process all orders within 12 hours of purchase. if items are NOT in stock we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.

* All our products are sent recorded delivery by APC courier or with Royal Mail.

* Please allow 4 working days after purchasing (not including the day you purchased) before contacting us about the product not being delivered.

with the exception of special orders. Goods returned after 7 days but before 21 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
